We wanted to create a bottle that incorporated both the wine and beer aspect of Smoke Mountain. The 2016 Harvest Blend consists of 25% Syrah grapes from our Estate Vineyard in Paso Robles and 75% Belgian Quadrupedal Ale, all co-fermented in the same fermentation vessel using beer and wine yeasts. After fermentation, the hybrid was left on the grape skins for another 2 weeks for maximum extraction
